Installation & Preparation

2 to 5 days, depending on the quantity and site conditions. The process is clean and hassle-free, and the floor is ready to use immediately after installation.
A. Level Floor: Surface must be flat and even (max 2–3 mm variation over 2 meters). Use self-leveling if needed.

B. Correct Floor Height: Account for flooring + underlayment thickness. Match door levels, adjacent rooms, and skirting.

C. Walls Completed: Finish painting, paneling, and polishing first to avoid damage to new flooring.

D. Clean & Dry Base: No dust or moisture. Critical for laminate and engineered wood.

E. All Works Done: No pending drilling, cutting, or wiring. Prevents post-installation damage.

Yes — a marble or granite threshold should be fixed at the bathroom entry. It should be 18mm or more, higher on both sides, to effectively prevent water from flowing in either direction. This protects flooring edges, reduces moisture swelling, and increases flooring life.

Maintenance & Care

• Damp mop daily with a well-wrung mop
• Clean spills immediately
• Avoid prolonged moisture exposure
• No polishing needed — regular cleaning with water or standard floor cleaner is enough
• Maintenance cost is very low
Water seepage can damage flooring, especially laminate and engineered wood. Matching damaged planks is difficult due to brand-specific sizes, locking systems, and finishes.

2. Contact the original supplier for the best chance of a match
3. Severe damage may require partial or full replacement
